I started in electrical engineering, where I learned that every system is a set of decisions someone else has to live with. I found I cared more about the someone else than the system, which pulled me toward design and through a Master of Product Innovation at Carnegie Mellon.
Today I design AI-native and enterprise products, and I build in code, including this site, so ideas are tested where they will actually live.
When I'm not designing, I spend a lot of time in museums and trying new tools. I'm mostly looking for the same thing in both.

I was an engineer first, so I know where designs break.
It's rarely in the mockup.
Dashboards show you everything. I care about the one moment you decide.
Most of the projects I work on are about that gap.
I test ideas in working code, not decks.
You are looking at one right now.
